That information should be in your POH. However, for a plain vanilla 1997 T-Arrow III its 30/2400 or 31.1/2300 for 65% power, and 26.8/2400 or 27.7/2300 for 55% power. Contrary to turbokurt, I cruise at 55% power often if I am not in a hurry. You can save a lot of fuel and it is just nice to watch the world go by. BTW, I would never recommend going over 65% power. There are many discussions about this if you do a little searching.
Thanks SeaAir been flying it recently and came up with 31/2300 or there abouts. Have an EDM800 fitted so it is pretty helpful when leaning to find the right setting. Just bought an Arrow III and wanted to make sure.

I doodle arround at 55/60% often if i'm just out for a scenic fly but I also like 12500ft and abit of ground speed at time also
I am taking my family to san-francisco/yosemite/las vegas and many places down the west coast of USA for a month holiday from today and have put my plane into the shop for some adjustments
