I recently purchased an Archer II. I have updated the panel by adding a new KLN94 coupled to the autopilot. I also put in a new GTX327 and I am getting ready to put in a new audio panel. My engine has 600 hours. My question is, are there any modifications I can make to the airframe to get a better cruise speed?

See posts in Mod forum regarding speed mods. If you already have wheel pants, save your money! If your plane is unusually slow for an Archer, I would look at re-rigging.
Recently on a trip to Billings, the shimmy dampner snapped in half. Has anyone else had a problem with front wheel shimmy? Is there a fix for this problem?
