Faulkner Air Service in Burnet, TX (north of Austin) has the STC for the installation. They did my 250 a few years ago, and I was very satisfied. Dale Faulkner is very knowledgeable about Comanche's. Sorry, but I can't find the phone number.
Was the 1959 model built with toe brakes? If so You won't need an STC to put toe brakes on your plane. Get the correct parts from Wentworth and have your A&P install them on a 337!

I have upgraded numberous Pipers from single to dual brakes. If the airplane was originally optioned with dual toe brakes a simple log entry is all that is needed...
The subject of adding toe brakes to the early Comanche is well-documented in the 2 popular Comanche Forums found here - [forums.delphiforums.com]
and here - [www.comancheflyer.com]
Search for the subject of "toe brakes".
FWIW these 2 Piper Comanche forums are packed full of great information exchange.
