Passed the written test, then 2 days later my first solo.
WHAT A RUSH.
The warrior really jumps off the ground and climbs without my instructor in the right seat. It messed up my timing in the pattern ;-) I was damn near at TPA by the time I got to the end of the runway.
An even bigger rush is when you pull out your pilot card for the first time at the bar, and wind up with all the company you can handle for the evening!
