You can obtain a commercially prepared checklist for about $10.00 from the following website:

They produce checklists at a reasonable cost and I have found them to be quite accurate. I don't know about the POH; however, I would expect that you could buy one from Piper specific to your plane's serial number.

I didn't get a POH with my plane ('64 PA28-235) and ordered a duplicate from Piper. When it arrived it was acompanied with a letter of appology explaining they no longer had record of which components my plane was equiped with so that info, as well as the original W/B info was left blank.
