If you choose to attend this school, try to fly with with Scott Andrew, or Mike Arnold two truly excellent flight instructors who really make you feel comfortable and do not ride the controls.they also present the ground school in an easy to understsand fashion. It is a good school if you are a fast learner.I attended around july 2006. It was hard to schedule my cirrus flights so i had to change over to training in a cessna that situation was due to cirrus annual aircraft inspections all happening at the same time. but they are expecting a number of brand new cirrus aircraft and should be able to accomidate you in either program.I spent over 11k when i ran out of funds and was unable to obtain my private cert. They are nice people and a growing school and located in the best area of the U.S. to learn to fly. I got to transition bravo airspace and flew close to 100 hours in about 45 days but really could have flown more . weather is not gonna be too much of a factor in arizona.
